Our Experience
In addition to the complex requirements for the creation and funding of a qualified Charitable Remainder Trust and / or Charitable Lead Trust, technical ongoing trust administration is necessary.
The principals of Yellowstone Trust Administration have over forty years of combined experience in charitable estate planning and administration. They have specialized in helping charitably minded individuals reduce estate and income taxes, increase spendable income, responsibly provide for loved ones, and fulfill administrative responsibilities required by the use of charitable estate planning tools.
Out of this experience a need for a specialized administration service company was identified for people who are self directing their own trusts, and / or for charities that do not possess the technical expertise necessary for charitable trust administration.
